During our consultation call we'll delve into your travel preferences and aversions, explore past trips that have either inspired you or left you dissatisfied, and discuss vital factors such as your budget, timing, and the individuals you'll be traveling with. This call will also provide you with the opportunity to have any questions you may have addressed. If you sense that we're a good match, I'll share the planning fee with you, which is determined by the duration and complexity of your trip, before we proceed further.
Step 2 - Research
Upon gathering insights from our consultation, I will initiate the process of researching your travel possibilities. This entails contacting my exclusive travel partners to ascertain dates and availability.
You can anticipate receiving a minimum of two personalized itinerary choices that align with your financial plan. Subsequently, we will collaborate to refine your itinerary until you're eagerly anticipating your personalized vacation.
Step 3 - Deposit + Confirmation
You can entrust all the intricate details to me – once you've given the green light to your customized itinerary, I'll handle all aspects of your travel arrangements, which encompass:
Business class flight bookings
Transfers
Reservations for accommodations, whether it's a hotel, villa, a suite on your cruise or a resort
Arrangements for private transportation or car rentals
Coordinating small-group or private tours
Securing dining reservations
Scheduling tee times at exclusive golf courses
Managing museum and event tickets
Step 4 - Vacation Experience
As you embark on your vacation, you can travel with confidence and convenience. You will receive all your travel documents and itineraries, and a pre departure appointment for the final review of the trip
Furthermore, I'll be at your service throughout your travels. Should you encounter any travel-related challenges, feel free to reach out, and I'll diligently address them behind the scenes.
Upon your return, I'm eager to reconnect with you to learn about your trip and make note of the experiences that brought you the most joy, enabling us to incorporate them into your future vacations!
